Spirit Mountain Casino Website

Project: Having recently upgraded it's hotel and casino, Spirit Mountain needed a website redesign to reflect the new face of their establishment. Through this redesign, Spirit Mountain hoped to establish their brand as one of Oregon’s top destinations, as opposed to simply a premier casino.

Challenge: Because the redesign was part of a larger maturation in brand identity, eROI had the challenge of working in congruence with the new brand image. Additionally, Spirit Mountain was interested in using the new site to increase general awareness of their various offerings and drive signups to their Coyote Club rewards program.

Solution: eROI developed a site that not only looked great and reflected the new warm feel of the Spirit Mountain lodge, but improved the overall user experience and brought the site to the top of search engines. By reorganizing content on the site, eROI made Spirit Mountain’s entertainment & event and hotel offerings more distinguishable and subtly pushed signups to the Coyote Club and newsletter.

Results: Visitors to the new Spirit Mountain site can now easily see what’s going on and take advantage of incentive programs that encourage repeat visits and encourage loyalty. Since its launch, the new site has seen more traffic, longer stays, and a 30% increase in Coyote club sign-ups.
