Project: Banfield Pet Hospital saw the need for a pet information resource for both pet owners and veterinary professionals.
Challenge: While Banfield already possessed an expertise on animal health care, they needed a way to effectively communicate this knowledge. Because their goal was to be helpful to pet owners and vets alike, they needed a way to cater the experience to the visitor’s individual needs.
Solution: eROI worked with Banfield to create PetDR. This simple, interactive, searchable database features videos, PDF guides and FAQs about everyone’s favorite animals and allows profile creation that can help PetMD provide the right information for individuals.
