Based on your needs, budget and programming skills, we can customize your Content Management System (CMS) to give you full control. Our CMS can be implemented as part of your website build-out, or we can take your existing site and transition it into the CMS for you. No matter your specific intentions, we give you an HTML-free interface that with a little training, you’ll be able to handle with ease.

Everyone Likes a List - Here's Some of What Our CMS Can Do

• Editor Management - Assign permissions to various editors and authors.
• File Management - Upload single files and batches of files to your server via a web interface. Manage pictures, PDFs, Word docs, and many other file types.
• Global Content Blocks - Make global updates with the click of a button and populate multiple areas with edits.
• Menu Builder - Categorize pages and build a navigation menu on the back end. The result is accurate additions to the front end.
• Pages - Every page on your site is designated a page within the CMS. Easy to maintain consistency, easy to use.
• Template Driven - Use templates quickly and easily to manage page content.
• WYSIWYG - What you see is what you get. Make edits and see them come to be on the front end just as you made them on the back end.

Some of the More Advanced Features

• Album - Upload images and create a gallery with the click of a button.
• Archive - Save historical content for as long as you want. Easily access previous layouts and versions of any page.
• Calendar - Create date-based content within categories. Note: This involves a lot of work and isn’t for everyone.
• FAQ - Create a list of terms to appear in a paginated list. Click the term and see the definition.
• Feedback/Contact Us - Visitors to your site can send an email to whatever account you have set for that purpose. No email address on the site means goodbye to spam.
• Front End Users, Self - Front end registration for custom content. Visitors register, and then can access content only specified for their visitor group. Note: This requires a visitor logout on your design comp.
• News & Events - Quickly and easily update news and events categories across multiple locations on your website.
• Polls - Create polls on the front end of your site. Just change the fields and the questions and you can create polls and swap them out at your discretion. Note: Styling of the forms and results is required.
• Print Friendly Option - Note: This requires eROI to build out a separate layout to display content with backgrounds.
• RSS Aggregate - Pull content in from other sites through RSS feeds. Note: These need to be styled upon setup of CMSMS.
• Search - Allow visitors to search your site’s available content. Note: This requires styling and a search form on every page.
